The Thermotron folding and packaging system comprises of 3 primary machines designed to streamline garment processing:

1. STP1000 Automatic Folding Machine: This machine efficiently folds various garments, including t-shirts, sweaters, and polo shirts. It operates quickly and quietly, requiring just one operator. The STP1000 can fold up to 5,500 garments in an 8-hour shift and accommodates different folding styles and garment sizes. ​

2. PV40 Bagging Machine: After folding, garments are transferred to the PV40, which automatically packs them into polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) bags shaped like envelopes. The PV40’s output depends on the STP1000’s speed or the operator’s efficiency when used independently. ​

3. KL60 Adhesive Tape Sealing Machine: Following bagging, the KL60 seals the garment bags using adhesive tape. Operators can choose to apply a single tape in the center or two tapes at the ends of the bag. The KL60 can function as a standalone unit or as part of the integrated folding and bagging system. ​

When combined, these machines create a cohesive production line capable of processing approximately 5,500 garments in an 8-hour period with just one operator. ​
