This screen-printing dryer will cure plastisols, water-based inks and discharge at high rates.

The Vastex EconoRed III dryers are available in both a 76 and 137 cm belt widths. They will cure garments screen-printed with plastisols, water-based inks or discharge at higher rates, in a smaller footprint, at lower cost and more quietly than the BigRed3 dryers they replace.

Versatile and built with the bigger picture in mind, you can double, triple or quadruple the capacity of your Vastex screen printing dryer. Simply add one or more modular heating chambers and conveyor belt extensions to increase your machine’s abilities.

With a top mounted ventilation system to filer exhaust air, the EconoRed III dryers are over 20% quieter and 13cm narrower. The ventilation system also cools the enclosure’s outer skin and removes moisture and fumes from the heater chamber.

With a control box that can be position on the right side (standard) or the left side of the enclosure, these compact, efficient dryers will suit all shop layouts.

With an impressive 15 year heater warranty, this screen printing dryer features heaters with closely spaced coils that provide high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat for maximum cure speed without cold spots or under-curing.

Ideal for bulky garments or hats, the heater adjustment allows modifications to any height from 5.1 to 17.8 cm above the belt. Standard features include a digital belt speed display and a belt tracking system for increased belt life. The digital PID temperature controller is accurate to +/- 1°F (+/-0.5°C), allowing the operator to fine-tune or accurately repeat drying results at any future time.
