The Vastex EconoRed II Infrared Conveyor Dryer offers a high production dryer for mid to large sized shops that need outputs of 300* or 600* pcs/hr/chamber.
The EconoRed II is available in both a 30″ and 54″ model offering belt widths of 76 and 137 cm respectively.
Featuring a focused exhaust air system the EconoRed evacuates fumes and moisture quickly. The Heavy Duty “X-Series” Conveyor belt tracking system will provide you with confidence, while the Infrared Focusing System provides more power for fewer dollars.
The EconoRed has a belt to heater height adjustment allowing you to conveniently dry different sized garments. The Digital PID Temperature controller is accurate to +/-1°F while the Heavy duty DC belt speed motor with digital voltage display gives you peace of mind by providing a consistent result.
The EconoRed II-54 with a single chamber has the capacity to keep up with small automatics. Add a second chamber and you have the power to cure 1000* shirts per hour in only 10½ feet. With a 54″ wide belt you can run two or three rows of shirts with standard size prints or all-over prints.
