LittleRed X2D-30 (pictured): has a 76cm (30 in.) wide belt with two 61cm (24 in.) wide infrared heaters giving a total of 6300W so it can operate on Single Phase, 32AMPs.
Cure Rates:
- Up to 240+ garments per hour with plastisol inks,
- Up to 122+ garments per hour with water-based inks, and
- Up to 34 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time
LittleRed X2D-54: has a 137cm (54 in.) wide belt with two 122cm (48 in.) wide infrared heaters, giving a total of 12,600W, operating on Three Phase, 20AMP.
Cure Rates:
- It can cure 480+ garments per hour with plastisol ink,
- 180+ with water-based ink, and
- Up to 52 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink at 3.5 minutes dwell time.
Each LittleRed X2D features:
- A high powered pre-heating zone to quickly bring ink temperatures to over 149°C (300°F)
- Two closely spaced, height adjustable infrared heaters and dual zone heat controls for consistent temperature.
- Rapid preheating maximizes the dwell time for each kind of ink, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.
- A powered exhaust system to rapidly remove moisture and air contaminates from the heating chamber, as well as to cool the skin and controls.
- The conveyor length is 168cm (66 in.) with a low friction belt aligner and belt speed controls to precisely set dwell times from 35 seconds up to four minutes.
