The compact diameter of only 2.49m with screens in, enables this printing press to fit into the smallest of spaces. Built for strength and durability, the Tornado is also lightweight and ergonomic.

The Print Heads on the Tornado feature gauged three-point micro-registration, movement is adjustable on three points (Front to Back, Side to Side and Rotational). An adjustable guided spring tension system for smooth lift and the side screen clamps work to keep screens in registration. Off-contact and screen pitch adjustments can be made on each print head.
Ergonomically designed, the Tornado allows for 100% tool-less setups and operation – Adjust off-contact distance, screen angle, micro-registration, print head spring tension and more with no tools required. In addition to this, it comes standard with a Laser alignment system for quick and easy apparel alignment using four independently-adjustable straight red lasers.
The rubber-coated aluminum pallets included have a four-point pallet leveling system, adjustable side screen clamps and swivel feet on the screen clamps to prevent movement while tightening.
The Tornado is compatible with most manufacturers’ pre-press registration systems, including Anatol’s ARME registration system.
